Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1 oz capaletti
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz orgeat

Steps:
Combine in a shaker with single ice cube.
Shake to combine.
Pour into glass with ice.

1.25 oz gin
.5 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
.5 oz passion fruit syrup*
.25 oz falernum
.25 oz orgeat
Garnish: edible flower (optional)
Garnish: orange twist (optional)

Steps:
Add the gin, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum and orgeat to a blender with crushed ice, and blend until smooth.
Pour unstrained into a Tiki mug or highball glass.
Garnish with an edible flower and an orange twist.

*Passion fruit syrup: Mix 6 parts simple syrup to 1 part passion fruit puree.
